Payroll and Benefits Analyst - Payroll/HR/Paylocity
Location: Atlanta, GA
Pay: 75-80k
Schedule: On-site Mon-Thurs, WFH Friday
Our client provides:
A leading organization specializing in Maintenance, Repair, and Operations, Packaging, and Freight. They leverage over $1.5 billion in purchasing power and advanced analytics to deliver ongoing value and resilience to their member companies.
They are looking for you, an experienced Payroll and Benefits Analyst, to manage payroll processes and benefits administration in collaboration with HR, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
What you get to do:
• Develop and maintain payroll processes aligned with best practices.
• Process semi-monthly payroll using Paylocity.
• Manage disability claims, approve benefit deductions, and create HSA accounts.
• Ensure seamless coordination of payroll with open enrollment changes.
• Reconcile payroll and benefits information to maintain accuracy.
What you need to succeed:
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle payroll experience.
• Experience with Paylocity and payroll process improvement is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Basic understanding of accounting operations is a plus.
• Experience working with international payroll providers and benefit plan audits is preferred.
